Pakistan Aeronautical Complex – Kamra Multi-Engine Test Facility – 2010
This project was awarded by the Pakistan Air Force on a turnkey basis, and was commissioned in 2010.Cenco was responsible for the complete project coordination, from design to manufacturing, to commissioning, and selected and coordinated local contractors (civil engineering, etc).
The customer’s requirement was for a flexible facility that would allow testing of different sizes of turboprop engines, including the T56, AE2100, PT6A, CT7 and PW127.
Cenco’s design included a specific test bed which allows testing of smaller engines on the same test frame, by use of an intermediate test bed that is mounted on the same test frame.
