Quality is a state of mind.
The markets in which we do business require a very high level of reliability from the actors involved.
Quality, used in its broadest sense, is of paramount importance to Cenco.
The Quality policy of Cenco is taken into consideration at all levels and in all sectors of the company, consistent with the progress approach of the SAFRAN group.
Its objective is our customers’ satisfaction while contributing to ensuring the company’s competitiveness and development.
This Quality policy is structured according to six themes:
- A continuous improvement in the Quality of products and services, based on measurement and a shared vision of customers’ satisfaction.
- A coordinated action with the players of the Supply Chain, aimed at our supplier’s development and a change in the order of magnitude of their overall performances.
- The control of design and development Quality, so as to encourage the reduction of cycles and the effectiveness of internal and external cooperation through a shared benchmark system.
- The ongoing analysis of the comparative maturity of processes, in order to deduce pertinent progress plans from them.
- The pooling of effective methodologies and the scrupulous compliance by everyone, in the field, with the basics of Quality and with all applicable regulations.
- The total involvement of each of the players and the continuous enrichment of their skills.
