Data Acquisition and Control Systems

Cyres

Cyres is a state-of-the-art Data Acquisition and Control System (DACS) built on Cenco long experiences in the Tests & Measurements Domain. Cyres is designed to be distributed, modular, scalable, versatile, innovative, based on industry standards, easily maintained and calibrated.

Distributed Architecture

Cyres is a patented Distributed Architecture based around a measurement network. This modular architecture provides a wide expansibility of the system and therefore a continuous innovation in the concept. It’s also led to a system that can be customized in order to completely meet the final user’s requirements.

Multi Streams and High Speed Acquisition

The fact that Cyres is based on the network naturally increases acquisition capability by beneficing of the innovation in network domain. Cyres is, from the beginning, offering various streams of data when competitors only provide steady flow at low speed. Today, Cyres system will again create innovation by offering very high speed data acquisition as build-in capacity.

Real-Time Data Acquisition

Cyres provides fast and accurate acquisition with advanced data synchronization, real-time calculations, standard day corrections, and limit checking. The system is also based on modular open-architecture standards. This ensures that new equipment will be supported well into the future. As new needs arise or new hardware is available, new acquisition devices and modules can be easily added to the system.

Central Configuration Repository

Cyres also provides in standard a central repository for Engine Specific Configuration & Computations (ESCC). With this central repository, not necessarily located in the test cell, customers can manage a common ESCC for all Cyres test cells. They can also download updated ESCC to the various test cells in one click. In addition to the multi test cells support, Cyres also provides, from its first release, multi engines and multi tests architecture.

Remote Access

As a benefit of its Distributed Architecture, Web services have been integrated in the architecture, providing access to Cyres functionalities from your mobile devices.
Today, you can watch an endurance test from your smartphone, or perform a calibration or a fan trim balance directly from your tablet. All this, of course, in a secure manner.
